1990s
The teaching starts
Zubaida Khalid began teaching driving in the 1990s, learning the work of instruction before the school existed.
Our story
A journey built on experience
The story of Al Salehiya began with Zubaida Khalid, who started teaching driving in the 1990s.
Founder & General Manager
Zubaida Khalid
With years of experience in driving instruction and a passion for helping students learn, she established her own driving school in 2002 in Ras Al Khaimah.
From the beginning, the focus was not simply on teaching someone to pass a driving test. The goal was to help students understand driving, improve their practical skills, follow UAE road rules, and develop the confidence to drive safely.
As General Manager, she continues to oversee the school with a simple vision: everyone who enrols should have the opportunity to achieve their driving goal. Her focus remains proper guidance, practical training, and a supportive learning environment.
2002
The school opens
She established Al Salehiya Motor Driving School in Ras Al Khaimah, with the aim of teaching people to drive, not only to sit a test.
Today
A reputation carried by students
New learners still arrive through recommendations from previous students, friends, and families.
“Everyone who enrols with us should have the opportunity to achieve their driving goal.”
Today, Al Salehiya continues to build its reputation through experience, quality training, and student success. A significant part of that growth has come through the trust of students who introduce friends, relatives, and family.
